Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.

Present product solutions and negotiate contracts effectively.

Coordinate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (plastic packaging industry preferred).

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical product details.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferably staying in western suburbs nearby Malad.
