Reports To : HRIS Manager / SAP Program Lead / Transformation Director

Role Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module to streamline core HR processes. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, compliance, and seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 years focused on Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HRIS processes, data models, and workflows.
• Experience with SAP Integration Center, API-based integrations, and middleware tools.
• Familiarity with country-specific configurations (e.g., Kuwait, KSA, Saudi, UAE. India, East Africa).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is preferred.
