Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing, including debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of leading a QA team of 6 members, and experienced in setting up and managing QA processes. Candidates with a banking domain background (lending / loans) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 6 QA engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
• Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
• Actively participate in bug triage and effectively defend bugs with developers when issues are valid.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and QA reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy (if applicable), and team efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.
