Role : QA Test Architect

Experience : 9-12 Years

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

We are looking for a test architect with deep expertise in Python, Pytest, and Appium to design and lead the implementation of robust test automation frameworks for mobile and web applications. You will work closely with QA engineers, developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Pytest and Appium.
• Define test architecture strategies across UI, API, and performance testing domains.
• Drive continuous integration and test automation strategies within CI / CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation developers in best practices, code reviews, and reusable test component creation.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define testing requirements and ensure test coverage across all levels.
• Lead root cause analysis for test failures and implement preventive measures.
• Evaluate and integrate modern testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor test effectiveness and product quality trends.
