General shift : 9.30 AM to 7 PM
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Preferred Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and a passion for entertainment content, particularly on Jiostar or any other OTT platform content library.
- Experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, including asset creation, audience targeting, and performance (1) analysis.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of Tools - Tableau, Meta, Google dashboards, Clever Tap will be an advantage
- Should understand and must have worked on Go to marketing strategy in the past along with Segmentation Campaign
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
Collaborate with the Content & Brand Marketing Teams to implement marketing plans for new content releases, ensuring maximum visibility and audience engagement.Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and visually appealing on-platform assets, including banners, thumbnails, trailers, and featured sections.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, analytics, operations, and external agencies, to optimize the user experience and drive content consumption.Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, analyze user behavior, and refine content recommendations and positioning.Monitor and analyze on-platform content performance, KPIs, and viewer engagement metrics to drive continuous optimization and improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in on-platform content marketing.Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
