Job description

We are looking for a proactive Support Engineer to manage IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and user support. You will ensure system availability, security, and compliance while driving efficiency and providing seamless technical support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage IT systems, servers, endpoints, and backups.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, email).
  • Manage AWS accounts, Workspaces, and user access.
  • Oversee PAM tools and enforce security protocols.
  • Monitor office networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Implement IT compliance and data security measures.
  • Maintain documentation for systems and processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years in IT administration or support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux and networking.
  • Microsoft 365 and AWS user management skills.
  • Familiarity with PAM tools and IT compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications (M365, AWS SysOps, CompTIA Security+).
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Startup exposure and long-term role stability.
