Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3-4 years of professional experience and hands-on knowledge of Zoho People . The candidate will manage core accounting functions along with payroll and employee data management using Zoho People to ensure seamless financial and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process and reconcile payroll, attendance, and leave records using Zoho People.
• Coordinate with HR and management for employee data accuracy and payroll compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll and taxation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
