We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team for the Finance & Accounting (F&A) Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels
• Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns for different geographies
• Conduct lead qualification calls to assess the needs and interests of potential clients.
• Ability to generate qualified leads and opportunities while pitching for Finance and Accounting services and solutions
• Achieve the monthly targets of completed meetings, sales qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and campaign performance in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Analyze data and develop strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
• Driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to FAO offerings
• Converting inbound enquiries into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• Supporting early-stage opportunity shaping in collaboration with sales
