As we expand our horizons in the Middle East, we are seeking a driven and strategic Growth Specialist - Intern / Junior Associate (Pan India) to spearhead our efforts in these dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients in Pan India, employing various outreach techniques to generate interest in Substance's offerings.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, understanding their recruitment needs and how Substance can best serve them.
• Market Trends Analysis : Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions in Pan India to make strategic recommendations for service offerings.
• Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and execute actionable sales strategies to drive business development efforts and achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize lead generation opportunities.
• Reporting and Insights : Analyze performance metrics and generate reports that provide insights into lead management and sales performance for continuous improvement.
