Growth Intern (On-site | Delhi | 6 days / week)

Overview :

We're looking for a Growth Intern who loves solving real problems from first principles and isn't afraid to experiment. You'll combine data, code, and creativity to improve sales efficiency, lead quality, and automation across our growth funnel. If you're curious, analytical, and obsessed with learning new tools (especially AI), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze sales and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and build scalable solutions.
• Develop simple predictive or scoring models using SQL and Python for smarter lead targeting.
• Design and run A / B tests to improve acquisition and conversion rates.
• Build dashboards to track CAC, PPP, retention, and other key metrics.
• Automate workflows using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Crew AI, Autogen, etc.).
• Write short, high-conversion copies for landing pages, WhatsApp, or emails.
