Job descriptionManage end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision. Conduct market research to identify gaps, emerging trends, and consumer needs. Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams for product innovation. Oversee packaging development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution. Track product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research to gain actionable insights. Monitor sales performance, digital metrics, and customer feedback to refine brand strategies. Identify growth opportunities based on industry trends and innovation. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination Manage project timelines, budgets, and execution across multiple initiatives. Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, supply chain, and creative teams for smooth execution.Work with external agencies and vendors for marketing, packaging, and product development. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product development (consumer goods, sleep, or wellness industry preferred). Strong knowledge of product development, branding, and consumer research. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics tools, and market research platforms. Passion for innovation, consumer brands, and the sleep industry.
Role Overview :
As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in brand building, marketing campaigns, and product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, develop innovative sleep products, and drive business growth. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Support 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and retail channels.
- Ensure brand consistency in advertising, packaging, content, and communications.
- Work with creative teams to develop compelling brand content for social media, websites, and ad campaigns
