We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer for a client - a system integrator and turnkey tech provider to Indian government programs, to set the technology vision and lead end-to-end delivery of large e-governance platforms.

As the CTO, your responsibilities would be :

• Technology Vision & Strategy : Define and drive the tech vision aligned with business goals.
• Technical Leadership : Lead R&D and IT teams, owning end-to-end technology delivery.
• Development & Deployment : Plan and execute timelines for all tech builds and roll outs.
• Executive & Mentorship : Make key tech decisions and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Market & Budget : Deliver consumer-centric tech solutions while managing timelines and budgets.
• Compliance & Trends : Ensure regulatory compliance and stay ahead of emerging tech trends.
