Role : Intern - Digital Governance & Transformation Support

Location : Bangalore

Duration : 6 months

Within the Digital function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the Digital Transformation, from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple, flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and Product and service line (PSL) while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions - to REPORTING through consolidated views, highlighting hotspots and relevant needs for support & decision-making.

In India, the Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation team plays a key transversal role promoting synergies between multiple domains across Airbus worldwide with a flexible and adaptable approach which helps in sharing best practices, architecture, innovation, operational excellence and being efficient with cost, quality and time.

You will support the leadership team in structuring, organizing, and animating our digital transformation journey. From project coordination to internal communications and governance rhythm, you will help our team operate with greater clarity, impact, and alignment with global strategy.

This internship role offers a unique exposure to Digital governance at scale, international collaboration, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how digital initiatives are driven in a global context.

Your role :

Project Management & Coordination

Support in planning, preparing project charter, Gantt charts etc.

Assist in day-to-day coordination of project tasks across teams

Monitor project schedules and follow up with team members on pending action items to ensure deadlines are met

Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.

Observe and propose improvement to internal processes, including suitable templates or workflows.

Support in defining KPI's & report project progress to stakeholders

Draft clear and concise updates for internal stakeholders regarding project progress.

Observe any potential risks and propose mitigations in collaboration with project leads

Your profile

A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or equivalent.

Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Google Workspace / Visual tool sets for content creation and editing.

A strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and intercultural awareness.

Fluent in English
