Job Title : Project Intern

Location : Bangalore

Reporting To : Founder (Gautham)

Duration : 3 Months internship (extendable based on performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Intern to join our project and construction management team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to estimation, costing, budgeting, procurement, and site execution , while also developing technical and managerial skills essential for a career in construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
Support preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation .
Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans .
Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support .
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation .
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications .
Participate in site visits, inspections, and project review meetings for real-world exposure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering .

Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices .

Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .

Basic understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project management tools .

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment .
