Director-Finance (Global Tax and Treasury)

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Director - Finance (Global Tax and Treasury) . This critical position involves overseeing and managing all facets of US tax operations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations, developing and executing effective tax strategies, and providing strategic leadership on tax-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and proven leadership capabilities.

A Day in the Life :

• Tax Compliance & Strategy : Ensure compliance with local, federal, and international tax regulations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize tax positions and ensure compliance with laws. Manage tax filings, audits, and disputes. Coordinate with external advisors and auditors for tax matters.
• Global Tax Optimization : Develop and implement global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Assess tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and new market entries. Monitor changes in tax laws and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Transfer Pricing : Oversee transfer pricing policies and ensure adherence to international standards.
• Treasury & Liquidity Management : Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Optimize working capital and manage bank relationships.
• Financial Risk Management : Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures. Oversee hedging activities and compliance with company policies.
• Investment Portfolio Management : Manage the company's short-term and long-term investment portfolios.
