Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for the engineering organization focused on cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation.
- Lead design, development, deployment, and scaling of the Cloud Cloning platform using Go and cloud-native tooling.
- Own the technical roadmap, working closely with product management and executive leadership to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, agile engineering team with a quality, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee DevOps automation, CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud operations across public and multi-cloud environments.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align development efforts with customer needs and market trends.
- Drive engineering best practices such as code reviews, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, hiring, and vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications :
Proven leadership experience as VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or similar, with hands-on expertise in Go programming.Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud infrastructure technologies.Good to have in DevOps practices including automation, CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).Experience building and scaling cloud-native products and distributed systems.Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team-building skills.Proven ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
