Role Summary
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for high-intent tattoo inquiries. Your role is to guide potential clients through their journey — from enquiry to consultation and final booking — ensuring a seamless and high-converting sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management : Handle all inbound and outbound leads across calls, chats, and CRM systems.
- Sales Execution : Convert enquiries into booked consultations and close high-value deals.
- CRM & Dialler Usage : Work efficiently on Zoho CRM and Ozonetel dialler to manage follow-ups and call targets.
- Consultation Scheduling : Book, confirm, and follow up on consultation appointments.
- Client Engagement : Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with Aliens Tattoo’s values.
- Retention Sales : Upsell, cross-sell, and secure repeat business from existing clients.
- Coordination : Work closely with studio managers and tattoo artists to ensure smooth handovers.
- Reporting & QA : Maintain clean CRM data, meet daily reporting standards, and implement QA feedback.
What Success Looks Like
- High lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-sale conversion rates
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Maintaining excellent QA scores and client satisfaction (NPS)
- Zero overdue follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene
- Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
- CRM (Zoho), dialler (Ozonetel), and chat platform (Gupshup) proficiency
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to handle objections and close high-ticket deals
