Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Aurangabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, delivering product training, and supporting sales management efforts to achieve overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Experience in providing Training and product demonstrations
• Sales Management experience and ability to support the sales team toward achieving company goals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
• Experience in the solar energy sector is a plus
