Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Early Childhood Educator. The role involves nurturing young children through hands-on learning experiences, designing age-appropriate creative activities, and fostering a safe and engaging environment. Additional responsibilities include observing and evaluating child development, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and collaborating with colleagues and families to enhance care and education quality.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Expertise in Early Childhood Development and working with children, ensuring their growth and learning.
• Ability to creatively design engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for toddlers and infants.
• Organizational skills to manage daily schedules, maintain classroom materials, and document child progress effectively.
• A passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for children.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in childcare or teaching roles is highly advantageous.
