DLP Zscaler - SME

Primary Role & Responsibilities :

• Understand and implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies, procedures, and technologies (Microsoft Purview, Zscaler).
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and communicate DLP requirements.
• Analyze user data to define appropriate policies.
• Assist in DLP technology configuration and deployment, including Zscaler components (web security, DLP, cloud app security, SSL inspection).
• Establish and maintain a CI / CD pipeline for Zscaler updates.
• Configure role-based access control for admin privileges.
• Provide user support and contribute to continuous improvement of DLP processes.
