About the Role :
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to lead and execute our university hiring efforts. You will be responsible for building strong connections with academic institutions, managing end-to-end campus recruitment cycles, and ensuring we attract and hire top early-career talent that aligns with our culture and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :
Campus Strategy & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with top-tier universities, engineering / business schools, and student organizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs for entry-level roles and internships.
- Design and execute campus recruitment strategies, including participation in job fairs, info sessions, hackathons, and campus ambassador programs.
Candidate Engagement & Selection
Own end-to-end campus hiring process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer management.Conduct engaging pre-placement talks, workshops, and on-campus branding initiatives.Organize assessment days, coding tests, case study rounds, and panel interviews tailored to each campus.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of campus hiring activities, candidate pipelines, and outcomes.Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding handoff.Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or early talent hiring (tech / consulting / startup experience preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable presenting to large student audiences.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and Excel / Sheets.Ability to travel occasionally for campus drives and events (if applicable).Passion for mentoring, engaging young talent, and creating exceptional candidate experiences.Skills Required
