  • Industry Liaison & Networking :
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters, industry professionals, and alumni.
  • Identify potential placement opportunities and negotiate with companies for campus recruitment.
  • Placement Coordination :
  • Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
  • Maintain a database of student profiles, resumes, and placement statistics.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
  • Student Guidance & Support :
  • Conduct career counseling sessions to prepare students for interviews and resume writing.
  • Organize soft skills training, resume workshops, and mock interviews.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on improving employability.
  • Reporting & Documentation :
  • Prepare periodic reports on placement activities, success rates, and industry feedback.
  • Maintain records of company interactions, placement offers, and student placements.
  • Additional Responsibilities :
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with faculty for skill enhancement programs.
  • Promote the institution’s placement services through various channels.
