Senior Integration Consultant - Workday

Job Summary

The Senior Integrations Consultant is responsible for architecting, developing, configuring and maintaining complex integrations within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in Workday integration technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across HR, Payroll and Finance domains.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuration or development of Workday integrations, including :

Workday Web Services (SOAP / REST)

Core Connectors

Workday Studio

XSLT transformation integrations

Boomerang integrations

At least 2 years of specialized experience with Workday Studio integration development.

Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, WSDL, and related integration technologies.

Experience with integration testing methodologies and tools.

Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Workday integration environments.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and performance tuning.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in English for effective collaboration, documentation and corporate communications.

Ability to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and deliver results in remote or team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent years work experience

Workday Pro Certification in Integrations or Workday Extend

Experience with BIRT reporting

Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
