Job description7+ years of overall industry experience. 5+ combined years’ education, training, or equivalent experience as Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator. 5+ years’ education, training, or equivalent experience developing extensions and / or customizations to the D365 Finance & Operations platform. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Finance and Operations, systems administration and configuration including the following : Technical functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas : General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets or Inventory and proficient in concepts such as chart of accounts, financial dimensions, operating units, organizational hierarchies, budgeting / forecasting, etc. Proficiency in Visual Studio, X++ or C# Programming Language Demonstrated ability working in a collaborative team environment. Ability to mentor team members and transfer knowledge to others. Strong communication, analytical, and work management skills Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and independently manage multiple projects efficiently. Strong team player who is a self-starter and highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Role : Sr. Dynamics 365 Developer
Bottomline Technologies is seeking a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator / Developer that can provide support for the configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system components. We are looking for someone who thrives in taking clear ownership of this core system, has been there, and done that.
How you will contribute :
- Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments.
- Manage release, change, and upgrade management processes for Dynamics 365, ideally from AX2012 through current releases.
- Work with Business and IT teams to coordinate and perform database refreshes.
- Monitor, review, and communicate the implications of maintenance notifications.
- Monitor performance of Dynamics 365 environments.
- Create requested documentation supporting system design, development, and testing.
- Perform maintenance and development work in a manner that is consistent with company standards and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining, and test system configurations and workflows.
- Manage and maintain system integrations to other Bottomline Technologies and 3rd party systems.
- Assist in maintaining software licenses, user access and security roles.
- Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues.
- Manage and coordinate issues raised to Microsoft through to resolution.
- Use of Microsoft Dynamics development and reporting tools to design, develop and test customizations, integrations, and reports.
