About Us :

6sense is a Predictive Intelligence Engine revolutionizing how B2B companies approach sales and marketing. By leveraging big data, advanced machine learning, and predictive modeling, we identify potential buyers and predict their purchasing behaviors to enable demand generation in an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) world.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Software Engineer III with 3–5 years of experience, strong coding skills in Java and Python, and exposure to MLOps. This role focuses on building and managing machine learning pipelines, integrating ML models into production, and ensuring seamless scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• MLOps Development : Design and manage MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring. Implement CI / CD processes and best practices for version control of ML models. Optimize infrastructure for model inference and data pipelines.
• Coding Excellence : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and Python. Collaborate with the team to develop scalable and robust solutions. Provide technical guidance on best practices in coding and deployment.
• Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions. Support the integration of ML models into production environments.
• Performance Optimization : Identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of systems and models. Explore and implement innovative tools and technologies to enhance system reliability.
