What You’ll Do

• Learning & Development Participate in structured training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
• Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
• Complete technical and consulting checkpoints.
• Project Support & Prototyping
• Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
• Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
• Innovation & Knowledge Building Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries.
• Share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums.
