Job description

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead / Architect to drive the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging advanced orchestration frameworks and graph / vector databases. The ideal candidate is hands-on, with deep technical expertise in building scalable AI architectures, and experienced in leading end-to-end solution design on modern orchestration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable GenAI solutions that integrate with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using pgvector for vector similarity search and Apache AGE for graph-based reasoning.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven business solutions.
  • Establish patterns and reusable frameworks for GenAI applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate new GenAI models, services, and orchestration strategies to accelerate business adoption.
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security across AI workflows and integrations.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI solution architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
  • Proficiency with Temporal for orchestrating complex workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, with hands-on experience using pgvector.
  • Experience in graph databases, ideally Apache AGE, for building knowledge graphs and advanced reasoning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and model deployment strategies.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a strong plus

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • 6+ years of overall work experience, out of which at least 3+ years in AI solution development.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
