Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Supervise and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on-site, ensuring timely and quality completion of project activities.

Coordination with Teams

  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing teams to ensure integration and alignment of services during execution.

    • Drawing & Plan Review

  • Review MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications. Ensure implementation as per design and industry standards.

    • Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material delivery, work execution, and issue resolution.

    • Site Supervision

  • Monitor daily site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.

    • Progress Reporting

  • Maintain site reports, update project progress, and communicate status to project managers and stakeholders.
