Procurement Engineer (C&I Bought out)

Job descriptionResponsible for Knowledge of C&I items standard applicable in Oil & Gas Sector. Familiarity with skids, Modules, Wastewater System, Boilers. Familiarity with Gauges, Transmitters, Control valves, ON-OFF valves, Analysers, Cable, Cable tray, Hook up, Junction box, Detectors, Control panel, PLC. Good relationship with different vendors. Floating RFQ of C&I items to different vendors as per project specific vendor list. Expediting capability to arrange offers, VDR documents. Controlling I&C estimation within budget during executions stage. Responsible for Supervising and managing C&I vendors to expedite deliverable. Visit at sub vendors office / workshop to expedite delivery of bought outs. Disposal of shop feedback, site feedback . Vendor development and maintain AVL periodically. Good Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions / Contracts.
Proposal Phase : Technical capabilities
- Floating enquiry to different vendors for C&I items.
- Arranging offers from different vendors for C&I items.
- Commercial proposals Controls and Instrumentation bought-outs items.
- Negotiation with different vendors.
- Familiarity with Skids, Modules, waste heat boilers.
- Support during tender estimation.
- Basic knowledge of C&I items standard applicable in Oil & Gas sector.
Project Execution During Firm ordering : Technical & Commercial capabilities
