We're Hiring : Senior BIM Project Designer (Office | Pune)

Urban Lion is growing, and we're looking for a Senior BIM Project Designer to join our team and lead architectural BIM design and construction documentation for our U.S.-based projects. If you enjoy turning concepts into detailed, buildable designs and collaborating closely with a passionate team, this role is for you!

Location : Pune (Office-based)

Work Schedule : 6 days / week, 8 hours / day

Experience : 2+ years

Employment : Full-time

What You'll Do

• Produce detailed architectural construction documents in Revit
• Coordinate drawings with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA, and zoning standards
• Review models for constructability and resolve clashes
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines
