Role Overview

ALLEN Online is seeking a Creative Lead to shape and elevate the creative output of our brand. This role is about driving impact across every touchpoint — digital and offline — while guiding a growing team of designers and video editors to deliver work that is sharp, distinctive, and consumer-first. The right candidate will combine leadership with hands-on execution, bringing both structure and fresh energy to the way we create. This role calls for a creative leader who can balance disruption with discipline. The right individual thrives on pushing boundaries in a category often defined by sameness while recognising the seriousness of the subject matter. They are equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves, bringing both structure and energy to a team. Above all, they view creativity as a means to engage, influence, and inspire — always grounded in the goals of the brand and its audience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Creative Direction & Execution

Shape and oversee the brand's creative expression across digital and traditional channels — CRM, Performance, Website, App, Newspaper Print, OOH, Brochures, and more. Go beyond direction by being hands-on when needed, ensuring every asset is not just distinctive but also delivered with speed and craft. Drive disruptive ideas that stand out in a category crowded with sameness, while recognising the seriousness of the subject matter.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers and editors. Build processes that enable speed, accountability, and quality — while stepping in directly when timelines demand it. Foster confidence and motivation within the team, creating an environment where structure fuels creativity.

Embed AI tools into everyday workflows, using them to accelerate output, explore new formats, and expand storytelling possibilities. Champion a culture of experimentation and efficiency through technology, making AI a natural extension of the creative process.

Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team and other functions to translate objectives into compelling creative. Balance strategic understanding with flawless execution, ensuring that the final output not only answers the brief but also elevates the brand.
