We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Chennai team on a priority basis. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven hands-on expertise in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex applications.
• Drive end-to-end architecture and database design ensuring scalability and performance.
• Provide technical direction to the team, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microservices, Frontend, and Cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
