Solinas - Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer - AWS Platform

Key Responsibilities :

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable CI / CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
• Drive the migration of our infrastructure and applications from GCP to AWS, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition.
• Architect, deploy, and manage API Gateways (e.g., Kong, API Gateway) to securely expose and manage our APIs.
• Configure and maintain secure and highly available Kubernetes clusters across multiple AWS regions.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Establish and enforce best practices for infrastructure automation, security, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application deployment issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive :
• Bachelor;' degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps engineering role
• Strong working experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with API Gateway technologies (e.g., Kong, AWS API Gateway, Apigee).
• Extensive experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, including multi-region configurations for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of CI / CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience 1 with security best practices in cloud environments.
