Job description2–5 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer success roles (minimum 1year EdTech experience is a must). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient with a growth mindset. Junior Sales Counsellor
Location : Remote
Employment Type : Full-time
Salary : INR 20,000 – 40,000 per month (salary will vary as per experience)
Experience : 2–5 years Shift timings : Slot 1 : 9 AM to 9 PM (with a few hours off in between or as per Business needs) Slot 2 : 6 PM to 10 AM(with a few hours off in between or as per Business needs)

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads and schedule engaging product demo calls.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand learner needs and preferences.
- Present TLS’s language programs and courses confidently, articulating their value clearly.
- Convert trial learners and demo attendees into paying customers using proven scripts and playbooks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for every lead interaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion and activity targets defined by your manager.
