Global Head of Visual Effects

We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our CGI / 3D team, driving creative excellence across large-scale productions and overseeing the growth and development of global talent.

This leadership role requires a deep expertise in CGI and proficiency in AI technologies, with experience in Data prep, lighting, compositing, texturing, and animation for both stills and animation.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, strong creative direction, and technical mastery, with the ability to lead and inspire teams, manage resources, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Establishing creative and technical direction for all CGI content
• Leading and mentoring a team of 3D artists and CG Team leads
• Collaborating with Producers and Team leads to align on project objectives and deliverables
• Allocating team resources effectively across multiple projects
• Overseeing the readiness of assets for review and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Exploring new tools, techniques, and workflows to push the boundaries of CGI and deliver innovative solutions
