About the Role : We are seeking a visionary AI Head to lead the transformation of our creative workflows by integrating cutting-edge AI technologies across design, video, and campaign production. This role blends strategic vision, creative leadership, and deep technical understanding of generative AI tools to help our agency redefine creative excellence in the AI era.The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a systems architect — someone who can turn human imagination and machine intelligence into compelling, scalable creative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end integration of AI in creative strategy, design, and content production.Build and manage a cross-functional AI creative team (designers, technologists, prompt engineers, analysts).Develop data-driven creative processes that enhance storytelling, personalization, and campaign efficiency.Oversee AI implementation across tools for video generation, creative automation, and content optimization.Collaborate with creative directors and strategists to ensure AI-generated work aligns with brand vision.Stay ahead of AI advancements and identify new technologies that can revolutionize creative outputs.Establish ethical and quality standards for AI-based content development.Conduct internal workshops and training to upskill creative teams on AI tools and workflows.Translate brand goals into algorithmic models that guide creative decisions.Partner with clients to demonstrate AI-powered creative possibilities and build innovative campaign concepts.
Required Skill Sets : Proven experience and
Deep understanding of generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Firefly, AdCreative.ai, and Synthesia.
Familiarity with creative automation platforms (like Shakr, Marpipe, Cflow).
Hands-on expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and visual prompt design.Strong grasp of LLMs and multimodal AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Knowledge of data-driven marketing, A / B testing, and creative analytics.Exceptional communication skills — ability to explain complex AI workflows to creative and non-technical teams.Strategic and visionary mindset with a portfolio demonstrating AI-driven creative innovation.Experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change.Awareness of AI ethics, brand safety, and intellectual property implications.Preferred Qualifications : Background in advertising, design, communication, or computer science.Experience integrating AI at scale within agencies or creative departments.
Familiarity with creative coding (Python, JS, or p5.js) is a plus.
Knowledge of big data, data modeling, and machine learning workflows desirable.
