Job Description :
- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (US IT Staffing) with 5–7 years of proven success in managing client relationships, driving staffing delivery, and expanding accounts in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT recruitment landscape, VMS / MSP systems, and contract staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- This role requires a proactive professional capable of balancing client relationship management, team coordination, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.Build and maintain strong C-level and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.Collaborate with delivery teams, technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.Understand client's technology roadmap and business challenges to position the company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively.Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.Familiarity with emerging technology such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.Skills Required
