Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated

Product Manager

to own the product lifecycle, define strategic roadmaps and product requirements. This role combines customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and AI-first thinking to create intelligent, scalable, and user-centric digital products.

You will work closely with leadership, engineering, design, and delivery teams to define and execute product vision and strategy, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of business strategy, product innovation, and AI-driven digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define product vision, strategy, and goals aligned with company and customer objectives.

Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and product requirements.

Evaluate AI / ML opportunities to enhance product features and user experience.

Drive prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, and technical constraints.

Requirements Definition & Delivery

Gather, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.

Develop detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents) with user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

Partner with engineering and design to translate vision into product increments through Agile / Scrum sprints.

Conduct regular grooming sessions, sprint planning, and product demos.

Own backlog management and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.

AI-Driven Product Enhancements

Use data analytics and AI-powered tools to analyze usage patterns, customer behavior, and optimize product adoption.

Drive experimentation through A / B testing, and AI / ML learning–based insights.

Define success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) leveraging data dashboards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering, QA, design, presales, and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality releases.

Work closely with leadership and customers to validate requirements and share progress.

Facilitate functional and technical walkthroughs for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.

Continuous Improvement

Maintain competitive awareness of emerging technologies (GenAI, Data Lakes, Microservices, Serverless, MongoDB Atlas, etc.).

Champion product-led growth and continuous discovery practices.

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, or AI-enabled software products.

Strong knowledge of

Agile principles

and hands-on experience with

JIRA boards

and sprint ceremonies.

Proven experience translating complex business needs into clear product deliverables.

Experience integrating AI / ML or analytics features into digital products (e.g., AI recommendations, chatbots, predictive insights).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

Passion for innovation, customer experience, and building data-driven, intelligent products.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
