Job description3+ years experience in product management, preferably within tech or AI-based startups. Proven experience managing products from concept to launch. Strong understanding of AI, automation technologies, and SaaS platforms. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion). Experience working directly with development teams (especially in AI / ML). Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Define and execute product strategy aligned with FYORA’s business goals.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch.
- Translate user requirements into actionable product features and roadmaps.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog and development sprints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
- Track and analyze key metrics, user feedback, and product performance to guide iterations.
