Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Channel Sales Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with channel partners, driving sales through effective collaboration, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Understand customer and business needs to effectively cross-sell and up-sell company products.

Collaborate with internal teams (support, management, and sales) to meet customer and partner expectations.

Act as the communication bridge between partners / customers and internal teams.

Regularly assess, clarify, and validate partner needs and performance to maintain a high level of partner satisfaction.

Coordinate with other sales channels to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements : Preferably from

IT hardware industry background .

Proven experience in channel sales or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to understand market trends and drive sales strategies accordingly.

Salary Range :

₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
