Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and manage a portfolio ofHNIs / UHNIs, Retail Affluent, and Corporate clients .Prospect and onboardinvestment distributors / IFAsto expand product reach.Understand client needs, assess risk appetite, and recommend suitable investment opportunities (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, alternative investments, fixed income, etc.).Conduct regular portfolio reviews, client meetings, webinars, and investor events.Runend-to-end investment sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, documentation, closure, and post-investment servicing.Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) for smooth execution.Use digital / social media and other channels to educate clients and build trust.Achieve sales and revenue targets (AUM growth, number of clients onboarded, distributor partnerships).What We're Looking For2 to 7 yearsof relevant experience in wealth management, investment advisory, mutual fund distribution, or financial product sales.Strong understanding ofwealth / investment productsand the ability to pitch complex solutions.Proven track record of working withHNI / UHNI clientsand exposure todistributor / IFA engagement .Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong phone and in-person presence; ability to manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously.Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech / startup environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).Certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA (preferred but not mandatory).Prior experience in fintech, wealth tech, or alternative investments will be an advantage.
