Main Accountabilities :
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
Engage HNI clients to understand their investment requirements and goals.Offer tailored investment solutions including debt products, structured products, equities, mutual funds, real estate funds, and other wealth products.Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI clients, ensuring personalized and seamless service delivery.Profile clients effectively and provide suitable financial products based on their needs.Deepen existing relationships through cross-selling of investment and broking services.Enhance and retain client profitability by increasing wallet share and generating high income per customer.Network actively and seek client referrals to expand the customer base.Acquire new clients through cross-referrals and targeted acquisition initiatives.Marketing and Business Development :
Support the creation and execution of marketing plans for customer acquisition in the corporate and HNI segments.Assist in organizing and executing micro-events to attract potential clients.Contribute to business development by acquiring B2B or B2C clientele and building a robust portfolio.Collaborate with internal teams (research, investment, compliance) to ensure accurate and compliant financial solutions.Financial and Product Expertise :
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory changes.Analyze client portfolios for performance and provide data-driven recommendations.Ensure the profitability of the client portfolio through effective portfolio management and product advisory.Qualification :
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.Skills Required
