Operations, HR & Back Office Executive (On-Site – Lucknow)

Job Description

We are hiring a responsible and energetic Operations, HR & Back Office Executive to manage coordination, HR activities, client follow-ups, documentation, and basic social media understanding for Running Water Creative Studio.

This role requires excellent communication skills, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

2️⃣ Operations & Back Office Work

• Daily task follow-up with designers & team members.
• Maintain project sheets, client updates & status trackers.
• Coordinate with clients for timely feedback and submissions.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation.
• Handle office admin tasks, vendor coordination & office supplies.
• Assist management in day-to-day operations.

3️⃣ Social Media & Brand Awareness (Basic Required)
