Job Description
We are hiring a responsible and energetic Operations, HR & Back Office Executive to manage coordination, HR activities, client follow-ups, documentation, and basic social media understanding for Running Water Creative Studio.
This role requires excellent communication skills, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
2️⃣ Operations & Back Office Work
- Daily task follow-up with designers & team members.
- Maintain project sheets, client updates & status trackers.
- Coordinate with clients for timely feedback and submissions.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation.
- Handle office admin tasks, vendor coordination & office supplies.
- Assist management in day-to-day operations.
3️⃣ Social Media & Brand Awareness (Basic Required)
Should know how Instagram & Facebook work.Coordination with social media team for posting schedules.Understanding of brand visuals, trends & content style.Assist in content planning and basic online communication.📌 Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).Strong organisational & follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of social media & brand awareness .Good command on MS Office / Google Sheets.Positive attitude, responsible, and quick learner.Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.📌 Eligibility
Any graduate.Freshers welcome (training will be provided).Must be comfortable with on-site work (Mon–Sat).⏰ Work Timing
Monday – Saturday
10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
