Role Overview :

The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing scalable Odoo solutions, implementing modules, and ensuring smooth system adoption across business units. The role acts as a bridge between end users and technical teams, ensuring that Odoo supports operational efficiency, process compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Requirements & Analysis :

• Engage with stakeholders to gather functional requirements across Finance, HR, Projects, Procurement, CRM, Inventory, and Operations.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify system enhancements.
• Recommend best-practice Odoo configurations aligned with business needs.
