IT RecruiterFulltimeHyderabad locationWalk-in's are conducted on 25th Sep & 26th Sep 2025 between 11Am to 5PM.Exp -2 to 5yearsRequirements and Responsibilities : Responsible to work on Contract to Hire, contract positionSourcing resumes from job portals / engines, employee references, networking / professional websitesResponsible for taking care of the recruitment process starting from sourcing profilesExcellent communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managersMaintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.Excellent sourcing skillsStrong Experience in stakeholder and candidate managementAssist in developing, implementing and transitioning, customizing processes in line with guidelines specified by the clientShould have good technical knowledgeWork closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirementsUsing Data banks and References to match client requirementScreen the candidatures according to the requirement, establishing relationships with clients and candidatesHandling end to end recruitment cycle, Confident and Interactive personality.
