We’re Hiring : Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location :

Remote (Preference : Calicut)

Company :

1% Abroad – India’s top university mentorship brand

Experience :

1–2 years in Sales / EdTech / Counselling roles

Language :

Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

Compensation :

₹25,000–₹35,000 / month + attractive performance incentives

Role Overview

As a

Business Development Associate , you’ll be the first connection between 1% Abroad and our aspiring students. You’ll consult, counsel, and convert — helping them take that crucial first step toward studying abroad.

What You’ll Do

Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Understand student goals and recommend the right service package

Schedule and conduct counselling sessions with our mentors

Consistently meet and exceed monthly registration targets

Maintain accurate CRM records for leads and conversions

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve funnel performance

✅ What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably EdTech or counselling)

Strong communication and persuasive skills

Ability to empathize with students and build trust

Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative attitude

Willingness to work from our Calicut office (preferred)
