• iscuss with lead country teams to define the scope of work and estimate project hours.
• eliver high-quality technical drawings, engineering designs, and specifications in compliance with relevant regulations.
• ust have experience in international project delivery for building projects; experience in data centers and substation buildings is an added advantage.
• ollaborate closely with lead country colleagues to ensure compliance with required BIM standards.
• evelop project-specific BIM protocol documents as required.
• ead and facilitate the enhancement of CAD and BIM standards, routines, processes, and libraries as required for lead country requirements.
• nsure adherence to internal quality procedures (QA / QC).
• eview and ensure the quality of models and drawings by oneself and those completed by the team.
• tay updated on industry trends and technological advancements within the BIM domain, advising on innovations to the team.
• esign and select Electrical systems, providing markups as needed.
• ontribute to technical solutions for projects.
• nitiate and participate in design peer reviews.
