Job descriptionExperience in product design for BIW component / Assemblies. Knowledge of product design for casting component will be added advantage. Should be able to apply GD&T at Individual part and subassembly / System Level. Experience working on door design, door hinge designs will be added advantage. Experience in DFMEA, PPAP, etc Software – NX (Must) PLM tools- Team Center, etc

We are looking for a bright and passionate BIW Design Engineer with the skills below
Job Location - Bangalore
Experience - 3 to 6 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- CAD modelling and drawing creation of BIW panels and assemblies in NX.
- Concept proposal, creating or updating master sections, Packaging study, Interference check.
- Creation of joining elements for the assembly e.g. Spot welds, bolted joints, etc
- Should be able to resolve the issues received from CAE, manufacturing feasibility, etc
- Interact with cross function teams, manufacturing vendors.
- Adherence of QMS process.
