Role Overview

As a

Customer Support Specialist

, you'll be the first point of contact for our community members.

Your responsibilities will include :

Engaging with potential startups and investors

Explaining our services and onboarding members

Assisting clients with event registrations, franchise queries, and partnership opportunities

Maintaining relationships with existing members
